What the client needed
A listed company's website has several audiences at once: investors checking the numbers, journalists on deadline, graduates looking for a first job, and communities near the operations. Each of them needs to find the answer in two clicks, and every figure has to match the annual report.
The job was a corporate site in the register of the region's energy majors, with one desk behind it so investor relations, the press office and HR can keep it current without a developer.
The public site
Investor relations that reconcile
Five-year results, quarterly figures, ratios, funding, dividend history and a reports library. Segment revenue adds up to the group total wherever it appears.
Charts that read on a phone
Results and emissions charts built for the page, with keyboard access and a data table behind each one.
Sustainability with targets
Operated emissions against a 2019 baseline, progress to each 2030 target, emissions by business and safety performance.
A newsroom that runs itself
Releases filtered by kind, scheduled releases that go live on their date, and related news under every article.
Careers and applications
Roles filtered by team and type, a role page for each, and an application form that lands straight in the hiring board.
Operations status
Every operated asset with its status and a public note, updated from the desk during a turnaround.
Corporate desk
One desk for three teams: investor relations answers the inbox and edits the headline figures, the press office publishes releases, HR moves candidates through the pipeline.
