What the client needed
A family homestay lives on WhatsApp and booking sites. Guests ask if a date is free, wait for a reply, then ask the price, and the commission on every OTA booking eats the margin. The family keeps the calendar in their heads and a notebook.
The job was a site that answers the first three questions on its own (is it free, what does it cost in full, how do we get there), takes a deposit directly, and gives the family one screen for the day.

Pick dates and see which of the six units are free, with a calendar that shows booked and closed nights and the next free weekends on the home page.
The full price up front
Nightly rate by season and weekday, cleaning fee, extras like breakfast and a BBQ set, and the tourism tax line for foreign guests, all before the deposit.
Guests manage their booking
With a reference and a phone number a guest can set an arrival time, change dates or cancel, and the refund follows the written policy.
Guides that answer the real questions
Five guides (getting there, things to do, weather, packing and a three-day family plan) written from official and dated sources.
A map of the area
Fifteen places with their distances, opening hours and fees where they could be confirmed, and dated notes on the roads up the hill.
Honest photography
Openly licensed photos of the rooms and the real places in Cameron Highlands, credited under each image and on the credits page.
Front desk
The dashboard is the family's day: who arrives, which units need turning over, which deposits are still open, and how the month is going.
