Graduate Engineer Programme 2027
A two-year programme with rotations across upstream, LNG, refining and low carbon.
What you will do
- Complete three rotations of eight months each, including one at an operating site
- Work on real projects with a mentor from senior leadership
- Take part in the group's technical and leadership training
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or geoscience, graduating in 2026 or 2027
- Willing to work at operating sites across Malaysia
