Appointment of independent non-executive director
Mei Lin Cho joins the Board and the Audit Committee with effect from 1 July 2026.
The Board of Haldrica Energy Berhad announces the appointment of Mei Lin Cho as an Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 July 2026. She will also sit on the Audit Committee.
Ms Cho is a chartered accountant with more than 25 years of experience in audit and corporate finance across the energy and infrastructure sectors.
Following the appointment, the Board has nine members, of whom six are independent and four are women. The roles of Chair and President and Group Chief Executive Officer remain separate.
