FY2025 results: production up 2.2 percent, dividend of 18 sen
Revenue rose 7.1 percent to RM 42.4 billion and free cash flow to RM 6.9 billion, funding a higher dividend.
Haldrica Energy Berhad today reported results for the financial year ended 31 December 2025.
Highlights
Production of 412 thousand barrels of oil equivalent a day, up 2.2 percent
Revenue of RM 42.4 billion, up 7.1 percent, and EBITDA of RM 16.8 billion
Net profit attributable to shareholders of RM 6.3 billion, or 33.4 sen per share
Free cash flow of RM 6.9 billion after capital expenditure of RM 8.5 billion
Final dividend of 10 sen, bringing the total for the year to 18 sen, a payout of 54 percent
Balance sheet
Net debt ended the year at RM 5.0 billion, or 0.3 times EBITDA, and gearing at 7.9 percent.
2026 guidance
Production of 400 to 415 thousand barrels of oil equivalent a day and capital expenditure of RM 8.5 billion to RM 9.0 billion, of which around 12 percent in low-carbon businesses.
